October 2010 I had a gastric bypass and dropped my old hobby of eating and picked up a new hobby of crocheting. My mom and grandma have done it for years but I never could grasp it, until one day I pulled it up on Youtube and learned it there. I dont know very many stitches and my projects are perfectly flawed...but I really enjoy doing it. It is so theraputic. Please send me tips if you have any as Iam eager to learn.
