I am a registered nurse and I love to quilt in my spare time. I started quilting about 27 years ago but, until recently, only did it sporadically. I've made several quilts over the years but I still consider myself to be something of a beginner. I stick to the basic blocks and prefer the simpler quilts. I'm hoping to improve my skills and get the hang of machine quilting.
