My grandmother was a quilter and my mother (age 91) still quilts by hand and does beautiful applique. I did a lot of sewing when my girls were little and then in the late 70's I took a quilting class, loved it,and it continues to this day.I also enjoyed making dolls but haven't done that for a while.
