I started to take cake decoration classes after one of my grandchildren asked me to make him a custom cake, a base ball and bat, I did it but I wanted to learn how to decorate and make sugar flowers and was hook from the first class, I have been taking classes ever since. I will never get tired of learning. I know am a Wilton instructor and make custom cakes for all occasion.
