Creating new projects have become my life. Every day is a new adventure. I am only sorry it took me the first 3/4s of my life to find out I had artist talents. BUT, I have a dilemma: I also love to work in the yard with new plants and flowers. If I am outside I get carried away and do not want to come inside. When I am inside, working on projects, I don't want to go outside. I am a prisoner to the "needs" in my life. I am much interested in a parallel existence; what a life that would be. ( I wonder: could there be three? Needed: a third existence to clean up the mess of the first 2.) Interests outside: gardening and making my own English garden about the house. Working with wood for outdoor/indoor purposes; such as trellises, work benches for dying cloth and planting, just benches, book shelves, general shelving. Indoor interests: It all began with crocheting. I now make cards, paint box tops (I don't wrap any longer), jewelry making (ya want it in a particular color....I got it), sewing...anything, painting....anything, macrame, dying cloth for my projects, looming jewelry (and pictures which I have an itch to accomplish), and my newest and the one that combines all the afore into one......ART QUILTING. Now this has taken over that portion of my life that is indoors. It's endlessly creative and fulfilling. I can't seem to stop myself. It's creating, color, dyeing, painting, thread painting, sewing and beading roled up into one. So that is the it of it. The good news is I am forever having something to do and don't bother a soul. In fact, I've become so "into my art" other souls bother me :):):)
