I have been crafting since I was 5 my grandmother taught me how to hand sew-- it has taken off since then - I spent 10 years in NH 4-H program - then went on to be a Home Economics Teacher for 40 plus years - owned my own fabric and yarn shop for about 9 years - have four grown children- I got the Quilt Bug when I moved to PA about 15 years ago- and it has been very contagious since then-- I make quilts - mostly queen size - they are all over my house - I give them away for weddings! I make what I call recliner quilts- about half of a twin size bed - for my friends-- I quilt these on my own machine-- The most fun I have is buying the fabric- socializing with other customers that quilt-- it takes me forever to choose the fabrics and pattern-- then I'm off-- hope to post some of my projects soon!!
