Maybe 3 years ago I used to do papercrafts, which wasn't necessarily like scrapbooking or making pretty letters. The papercrafts I made were printouts and you would fold and glue everything together. I made Bender (Futurama), R2-D2 (Star Wars), Blissey (Pokemon), and many many more. The crazy glue I would use actually would make it hard for me to breath so I took a long break from papercrafts and crafts in general........................................... I think what really led me to my crafting craze was my interest in friendship bracelets. My friend had a friendship bracelet and I asked him: "If I made you one would you wear it?" He said yes, and so I began searching on the internet how to make them. I learned how to make friendship bracelets and became interested in finding more patterns. When looking for patterns, I found that the patterns for cross stitch could be used for friendship bracelets. I then became super interested in cross stitching and at the same time my sister was learning how to crochet. When I went to visit her in Mississippi, she taught me how to crochet and that opened many doors for me. From cross stitching I became interested with embroidery and through crocheting I wanted to learn knitting. One day I looked up how to sew a button and I found a Youtube channel called Threadbanger. I immediately got interested into sewing and after an entire year of crafting, I finally got a sewing machine and we lived happily ever after <3
