This is my fourth year of knitting, and I love it! What started out as a means to help me quit smoking has blossomed into a quest for new and interesting techniques. I've conquered the basics, and am looking forward to learning all that I can, and expanding my abilities in this beautiful and useable art form . And, yes, it's helped me to quit smoking.
