I spent my childhood watching all of the women on my mother's side crafting in different ways. My grandmother sews, my aunt knits, my mother crochets and is an all over handy woman. I do all of the above plus cross stitch and furniture refinishing/ reupholstering, drawing, painting, writing, and the occasional tinkering with homemade light fixtures.
