One Skein Knit Shrug
I was born in Lancashire England during World War 2 ,I would watch my mother and grandmother knit gloves and socks for the soldiers , and they would cut old coats and sweaters in to strips and make peg rugs, nothing was wasted. I was only very young but I loved to sit and try to make little rag dolls with bits of cloth.
