I'm married to Denys for 46 yrs, we have 4 grown daughters and 10 grandchildren.
I began knitting at 6 yrs of age and haven't stopped, I love knitting. I have done cane work and made baskets, I spent 6 yrs china painting and loved every minute of that. I now have some beautiful hand painted plates and vases and so do my friends and family from that time. I have done creative card making and still do the odd one now and then.

I taught myself to crochet when my 3rd daughter was born and have crocheted many gorgeous garments.
I took up Spinning and own 2 treadles wheels and one electric wheel that I mainly use for plying.
At the moment I'm into knitting lacy ladies shawls and socks and loving knitting them both.
