I think I got the crafting bug from my grandmother. She was a very busy crafter. My mother loves to bake that is how she expresses herself. I love to make things. I have been quilting for about 15 years. I started sewing my own clothes in high school and that has now progressed to sewing quilts for my family and friends. I have also done some beading work, a little crochet, papercrafts, and lots of other types of crafts. I would go out of my mind if I did not have an outlet for my creativity. At this point, mostly I sew and do papercrafts.
I have three handsome sons, and 3 beautiful grandchildren. They are all very important to me. Sadly they all live in different states, pretty far from me, so I don't get to see them much.
