I have always enjoyed sewing from about the age of five, sewed for my children and myself as well as others but after my husband died I discovered quilting and so it has become a favorite pastime. I love the precision work involved in quilting. I still sew other things occasionally though. I also enjoy machine embroidery and would love to combine this with quilting when I have the time.
