I started sewing when I was a child. One of my all-time favorite memories is of my Father teaching about the the workings of the sewing machine. I remember getting fabric on a Friday trip to town an sewing all weekend to construct an outfit. I went from there to sewing home dec and clothes for the family, when I had two daughters I felt blessed from a sewing standpoint and made their outfits and prom dresses. I did my first quilt in the early 90' s for a wedding present for my oldest daughter. That started the next phase of my love affair with sewing.
