I teach PreK students with special needs and sew and quilt for relaxation with my husband and 2 dogs nearby. With our four wonderful grown "kids" out of the house, I have to find something to take care of "empty nest".
My magical visits to the Smokies many years ago led me to natural dyeing with barks, and berries, and roots and the colors still fascinate me. I love to dye!
