I have been sewing, knitting and crocheting for many years. I am doing more knitting in my retirement and I usually stick with simple projects such as dish cloths, hats, scarves because I can practically do those in my sleep and don't need to count rows or stitches. I saw this class and decided I would like to try something a bit more challenging. I made similar projects when I had my electronic knitting machines, but I sold those as I no longer had room for them and my interests have changed. I prefer sitting in my easy chair with my feet up while I work. I also make doll clothes for my youngest granddaughter and my great granddaughters, as well as stuffed animals and toys for them.
