Came to California in 96 and started to do some more quilting, then joined the Project Linus and do lots of quilts for children in need (52 last year). Love the friendship and great feeling of giving. I like learning new techniques with my more advanced quilters friends and we challenge ourselves on some projects. This is great since I cannot get out of the house very much since my back is not allowing it... disable for over 10 years, I have to keep busy and love quilting (patchwork), quilting by itself is hard on my back, but I still love it on my little machine for small projects. I also knit and crochet afghan for Linus.
Love your classes which allow me to see it done and learn easier techniques. Great idea! Thanks.
