I learned to knit and crochet around 9 or 10. I just never did anything with the skills. So, I COMPLETELY forgot them until recently! Sewing.....now that was another story! That's about the time I found quilting which I still enjoy.Recently though, knitting and crocheting have become very center in my crafting life as they are much more portable for my busy working schedule. Isn't it funny how something that NEVER appealed to you in your younger years can become so important later in life?
