When I was young I learned and did needle crafts from my Mom.
Over the years I have been attracted to jewelry. About ten years ago I started stringing necklaces and later expanded my talents into other areas of jewelry design. Over the years I have been attracted to jewelry. About ten years ago I started stringing necklaces and later expanded my talents into other areas of jewelry design. I have been taking beading classes from a local shop ("Beadin' Mon!") where I have learned many more types of jewelry design, including techniques using a needle. My Mom would be proud.
Although, jewelry making is my favorite extracurricular activity, I also like to do some art, scrap booking, and anything that may look interesting.
I currently would like to try some knotting techniques using cording as my base, learning a lot more about wire working, and maybe try my hand at some painting.
I love to create no matter what the medium.
