Started sewing when I was in grade school through 4 H and haven't stopped yet. I have now taken the opportunity to start sewing for a living after teaching for over 20 years. My favorite part so far, when people want me to build them one of my special quilts.... love it, have to have more of it. I believe now more than ever, people are tired of the box stores and are looking for original works to wear, use and have in their home.
Quilting isn't the only thing I craft, I just love creating.... I knit, sew, crochet, scrap, make candles, do a bit of painting things that I've built like bird houses planters etc, done a bit of bead work, making paper well you get the idea.
