My earliest memory of sewing goes back to childhood. My friend and I would sit and make doll clothes. Four years of home economics in high school improved my skills and opened the door to the world of sewing--making garments, pillows, curtains--anything to keep sewing. Later, I explored different mediums and still enjoy many other crafts: painting, macrame, woodcrafts, mosaics, cross-stitch, easy quilting.
