I started making bracelets October 2010 when it got too cold to be out in my unheated studio (aka shed).
I don't know why I picked up on this so quickly, but a need to be creative and a facination with exotic gems got me started stringing things together! I do enjoy creating jewelry and learning new ways to put things together! I have been known to take apart necklaces to try something new!

Then I had an opportunity to apart one of my grandmothers, my mothers and my own necklaces that were no longer in style and reinvent them into bracelets for Christmas gifts for all the women in my family! They each loved having one jewelry piece that represented 3 generations!
