I am a certified Pastry Artist turned cake stylist. I graduated from what used to be The New York Restaurant School back in 2000, and is now the ArtInstitute of NYC. I teach basic cake decorating where I work and have found a new love for the craft/art. I tell them that the covered cake is a blank canvas and that the sky's the limit!! I hope to add my photos to the site to show my students, friends and aspiring stylists that they too can do it!
