I began sewing when I took a Home Ec class in middle school. I sewed a handkerchief top (it was the late 70's) using my Grandmother's antique Singer sewing machine for homework. The top was olive green with rick rack trim. I didn't like that class then (cranky teacher) but have since fallen in love with sewing, embroidery, crafting & now am learning how to quilt & felt! I want to learn everything & can't seem to learn or do enough!

I sew, embroider and craft home decor, gift tags, wraps & trimmings all with a vintage and French flair. Most of my designs are conjured up in my brain or from my Victorian era postcard collection & vintage ephemera.
