I've sewn quilts, but am self taught, I'm not good at following directions, but I'm working on that through Craftsy classes. I crochet backwards somehow, but it makes cool stitches. I sew children's pageant clothes, I also don't follow directions for these, I just make it up as I go along. Despite that many of my patterns have won titles. I cook most things from scratch because I have allergies and sensitivities. I collect recipes to make my cooling more interesting, but I haven't figured out how to get macaroni and cheese right. Having fibromyalgia makes doing anything more difficult, and the pain usually means I'm not exactly following. That's probably why I don't follow directions well and makes me super slow. But, whatever I improvise and make it work. Besides, I really love my hobbies.
