It seems I've been sewing forever . My mother made clothes for her growing family and I learned my sewing skills from her. I also took Home Economics class in high school. Quilting became a interest in 1978 when I created my first two matching twins, which are still in use today. I revived the interest in 1992 when I took a Quilt in a Day class and made a Trip Around the World quilt for my 5 year old daughter. I've been quilting ever since and am continually trying different patterns and techniques. I love to play with color and design.
