I've been beading for about 18 yrs. I saw a bead loom while I was out shopping one day and I bought it and the rest is history. Fell in love with the beads and the flexibility of working with beads, then followed that passion with macrame and making friendship bracelets. Although I have a large supply of stringing materials I sort of neglect my "macrame and friendship" bracelet making because my first love is beading.
My favorite off-loom stitch is herringbone or the Ndbele stitch. I switch between the loom and off-loom stitching depending on what catches my eye. I have even had an opportunity to sell a few of the bracelets and/or sets that I made. Most of the time I'm making bracelets for family and friends for various birthdays and holidays.
