My craftiness started on a little family farm in Traverse City, Michigan. Today's culture might describe the vegetable from the garden as heirloom varieties. Our dairy products were not pasteurized and our beef was grass fed. Sewing, quilting, crocheting etc. were not optional. I treasure every element of my small farm background and continue to incorporate them into my daily life.
