My grandmother taught me when I was around 7. In the beginning I knitted for my dolls, then sweaters for myself. After that Norwegian sweaters or Aran sweaters for my family and friends and even collegues. In between periods with baby clothes, socks and mittens. I now prefer to knit things that are not too simple and have started with lace-knitting, but after at least a dozen lace scarfs I am looking for a new challenge.
