Although I tried to resist starting another craft, I picked up a Better Homes and Garden beginning knitting booklet at the grocery store. I think I picked up a pair of size #8 metal straight needles and a skein of variegated Red Heart yarn. With that booklet and "Knitty Gritty" with Vickie Howell on HGTV. I began the addiction.
