While living in Williamsburg, VA I worked part time at my LYS and part time as the arts teacher at a local Montessori school. I moonlight as a crafts teacher during the summer at an overnight camp in Brevard, NC. For six months, I lived and created a great body of craft work at the John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, NC (while working as a student host for 6 months). I'm also one of the organizers of the Brooklyn Contra dance, and have been active in social dance scenes for more than a decade now.
I like colorwork, cables, cardigans, EZ, silk/wool blends, and autumn colors. And purple-blues. And lists.
