My 2 favorite craft is crocheting and knitting. I love, love, love yarn! My 2 favorite craft is crocheting and knitting. I love, love, love yarn! Crocheting: Right after high school, at the place that I worked at the time, I saw a co-worker of mine trying to crochet a baby blanket. I thought it was the neatest thing in the world; so after work, I went to JoAnn and bought my first crochet book and first set of crochet hooks. I took it home and taught myself the motion. I have been hooked ever since. Knitting: I knitted on a loom for a couple of years prior to using needles. I am not a fan of loom knitting, I simply didn't enjoy it. So I taught myself how to knit with needles in 2009. I love it. I love the action and the movement. On occasion, I sew to break up my routine and give my muscles a break. Sewing: Began in Home Economics class in middle school and continued into high school. I am not really into making clothes, I like making projects that are relatively flat... No-brainer projects.
