I'm a self-taught baker, cake decorator and chocolatier and a published author of cookery books. I continue to research new techniques and enjoy the opportunities Craftsy affords to expand my skills. Since early childhood I've been a maker - encouraged by my mother who was a great knitter and baker. As well as doing the foody stuff I also knit, sew and make rag rugs.
