My mom was always doing something creative, but I was always a tad bit intimidated because she was so good at everything. Once I got married I started to really develop the confidence to do things my own way, though I still struggle having my mom watch me work! :) Sewing is definitely my favorite creative avenue, but I also enjoy working with paint, yarn, and paper, though not all together. :)
