I spent a year in the US as an exchange student when I was 15 years old. Everybody there had quilts and I loved the feel and look of them so much that I wanted to learn how to quilt myself. After I graduated from high-school in Germany I took some patchwork and quilting lessons. That was almost four years ago and I still love making quilts!! I blog about my quilty and crafty endeavors at kamaquilts.blogspot.com
