Materials
I "repurposed" upholstery samples to make the outside of the zippered pouch, and drapery fabric for the lining. I also added some wooden beads and hemp string to the zipper pull.
What was your inspiration?
I need practice with zippers, and this seemed like a simple project. Plus, the free video made it irresistible!
What are you most proud of?
It works! Also, I used a longer zipper and cut it off, much easier to manipulate.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Definitely have the written instructions AND the video nearby for reference....but trust me, it's simple, and well-explained by the instructor.
