Cute! I'm debating to do either a white or black background quilt for this BOM. I love the crispness of the white, but black will show less dirt. :-)

I saw one posted in black, it looked nice. What colors would you put with it? I am doing Amy's email BOM, And I picked up some material that is kind of a banana cream color with red, broun , blue and brown dots. They are 1/4-1/2". then I have some civil war reproduction material . Part of me says this will be cool but other part is way out of comfort zone. lol We will see. Dont even know who it will be for. guess will see between now and end of next year

I will be using various colors from my stash of Asian fabrics. I'm about to start the Jan. BOM. So far, I have purple and hot pink and have chosen a black print background. The black background has some small tone-on-tone flowers on it. I'm debating to sign up for Amy's email BOM since I'm just starting her Craftsy BOM just now.

The Craftsy BOM is great because she helps you step-by-step on the video. Not sure if I will be able to follow along with just written instrucions. ;-)

ya it will be interesting to see how it works out with written directions. I usually do okay. I also figure if I need I may be able to go back and review some of the BOM 2012 videos. But for 8 bucks I was willing to give it a shot. It is also only one block amonth. I just got my fat quarters in the mail today. I am sooo excited I keep checking the mail hoping she starts it early lol
