Materials

I used red heart acrylic yarn for this project. He took a whole part of an evening and morning to make. I will have to time it next time. Either way, my son LOVES him and has taken him everywhere since completion. Well worth the effort :)

What was your inspiration?

My son has been asking and asking for a Mario themed anything. I finally found this pattern and figured it looked simple enough to try. I'm glad I did.

What are you most proud of?

That I completed it and didn't drag it out. Most of my projects are started and left for weeks/months without being touched again.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Be careful, this is ADDICTIVE!!! Once I started and he began to take shape, I had a hard time stopping to sleep.
