What was your inspiration?

The class was my inspiration!
This particular color combination was not as beautiful as I thought it would be in the original unspun version. I have tried to post a picture of that without much luck here.

When I plied it with black, it just looks too black to me.

I usually spin fine yarn because that is what I like to knit with, but I see now that the heavier yarn has more color definition.

What are you most proud of?

I kept practicing to get the different diameters of the singles, not perfect, but definite progress. I enjoyed seeing how the color looks different in the different weights.

The spun yarn looks like it has some green in it, but the original unspun did not, This is something I learned about from the class, regarding optical blending.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This is a great class, take the class!
