What was your inspiration?
Three different people inspired me: my Daughter who recently started quilting, a Craftsy crafter with her basement full of supplies and quilts in progress who introduced me to this site, and the clear, helpful and fun presentation of the lessons by Amy.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Watch out for the reds! I pre-washed most of my fabrics but some of my scraps from projects of years gone by I did not and these ones ran in some spots. So please be sure to rinse the reds...I know I will from here on.
