What was your inspiration?

I had been eyeing this on Ravelry for the longest time... and fantasized about having one in white!

What are you most proud of?

It turned out so well! This was my first lace shawl project, and I had so much fun with it.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Don't be afraid of lace... I use a post-it note on my pattern to keep track of where I am. Just don't lose your place, and you can do it!

FreshStitches, your wrap is wonderful and shows beautifully with the contrast of your dark hair and outfit.

No worries! The pattern didn't have any difficult techniques, you just have to pay careful attention and keep track of where you are :)

I would love to make it but I am afraid my first try would be a disaster, how advanced do you have to be to make this beautiful shawl?
