What are you most proud of? These pieces and others will be on sale at the National Folk Festival, Labor Day weekend in Nashville, TN.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Wire from guitar strings behaves with a mind of its own and does not conform like craft wire. And its freakishly sharp! Prepare to shed blood for your art :)

are there directions you will shareor did you simply coil it with ceaft wire one you got the bangle size to fit? I really like these

These are very free form but I'll give you some general directions. From a set of 6 strings, coil 4-5 strings into the size bangle you desire.

(swell - enter closes you comment!) Slide the 1-2 smallest strings through the coil and wrap in tighter circles around the bangle. Clip string ends to the same length and secure with wire wrap. I use either copper or silver round wire in 18 gauge. For some, like the top bracelet in this example, I use wire salvaged from another string. Enjoy your own!
