What was your inspiration?
I was trying to think of alternative materials for the tutorial, and dug up these antique Montees I've had for a couple years to see if they'd work. I think it did - the mixed metal one is my favorite, and it's standing up to some pretty rough handling so far. I like the oxidized one too. Am trying a couple more with the prong type rose montees.
What are you most proud of?
It looks dainty and fragile, but it's holding up quite well.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
You just have to think outside the "box" a little.
