What are you most proud of? I managed to get all the blocks done without totally running out of fabric for colorways 2 & 3.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take your time with paper piecing especially if you're spacially challenged like me!

LOVE the green star/flower. Amazing! Your blocks don't look spacially challenged at all... Great job!

Thanks a lot! That green star is my fav also

Did you add the hexi center? I'm having trouble identifying the Gook Luck Star pattern and I'd really like to purchase it.

Thank you for all those links - I drooled over your green star flower and will go in search of that one at least! Your quilt is going to be quite gorgeous!

You're welcome! About the the green star flower - I thought how hard can it be - only three seams per wedge but 24 wedges & trying to get the colors in the right place? Much more challenging than originally anticipated.

I want to thank you for sharing your paper pieced blocks. I made the heart block and I love it. First time doing paper piecing, I am hooked.

Weren't those hearts fun to do? I'm thinking they would make a fun table runner - copy them larger maybe or just do three or four blocks like these. I had a look at your hearts - love the colors.

It just looks like you're having way too much fun in your retirement! (- Wonderful colors ...

Thank you! I love being able to sew when I want to. Some days are for reading & some are for sewing - retirement is good!

Love your blocks. I am stalling on the paper piecing. Great to hear your excitement!

Thank you! I have started quilting the peach/brown one. So excited to get that under way!
