What materials did you use? Cotton materials, including batiks, that were left over from other projects.

What are you most proud of? This was one of the first quilts that I totally quilted myself with my old Nelco machine, which my mother had gotten for me before college, some 50 years ago. I came up with the light sashing fabric design just by playing around with angles and such.

Absolutely gorgeous even if you don't like all of the fabric.

I think that is one thing I have learned from many of the online classes that I have watched...that it may be the ugliest fabric that adds some zing to the plan!
