What was your inspiration?
This the January Castle block. I am making two blocks. The day time block is a 10" block for the block of the month. The night time block is a 4" block for a swap group. I am making each month's castle for the swap with a color from the color wheel, starting January with blue.
I fell in love with castles while reading my storybooks as a little kid and I still romanticize them. I thought it will be fun to run a block of the month with free Wonky Castle paper piecing patterns.
