Two of my craftsy courses and the growing mound of scraps and strips all around me, LOL!

I didn't give up!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

OMG!!!! Have fun and don't over think it.

What a great way to use up all those chunky scraps I have in a bin that is marked cut up into squares. Would save a lot of cutting time for sure.

I would think this is something you pick up and do when you're stressed and just want to sew to relax. No pattern to worry about just "grab and sew" as you say. A lot like making string quilts.....just grab strips and add them one by one until the block is finished. No pattern, no color scheme, no strip sizes, just grab and sew

Wonky Buffalo Path?? Did you make that up? :D These are great!... maybe I could discover my dining room table again if I did this! hehe How fun! I like how they all turned out... but I keep thinking about wonky buffaloes!

The buffaloes are coming. They willbe in the borders. Just taking a break. I made two other fleece blankets and I am still working on the dragon fire and pieceful peacock quilts. Happy memorial day BTW! Thanks for the comments too.
