this orientation reminds me of a flower
In Craftsy's first-ever Block of the Month, Amy Gibson brings you 10 specific quilting techniques - appliqué, string quilting, paper piecing and more.
Your blocks for this month "pop" and that's a food thing! How long have u been quilting, your work is beautiful!
Thanks so much ;) I' made my first 'quilt' when I was five but I've really been quilting for about 9 years I would say... I've been having TONS of fun with this quilt along!
I've been quilting for 3 years now, love it. I'm trying to get my twin sister involved
Especiallly with the BOM , each time I do the blocks I'm amazed !
So fun! Love the colors/ fabrics.
What's the pattern name? I suspect it's the same one that does "Walk in the Woods" and Apple something. Cannot spell her name without looking it up, but I love her work
Most of it is Aneela Hoey's walk in the woods and sherbet pips line - I also mixed in some of reds, turquoises, and greys from my stash to add even more to the piecing
I just treated myself to a Jelly Roll of "Little Apples'. I need my head examined. I am not going to unroll it for a while, so I can finish up a couple of things I am working on.
lol! You can never have too much fabric or too many projects! Have fun!
