Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Rich fruit cake brushed with warm apricot jam , covered in white marzipan . then covered in blue fondant , then white fondant . snowflakes cut out of the white fondant , gum paste white trees and snowflakes added , sugar veil snowflakes added , royal icing highlights and writing , sprinkled with white edible sparkles .
