What was your inspiration?

I knew when I saw this stone that I wanted to wrap it with 14k gold. The angel just happened. Then I decided to make her more universal by adding a pin back.

What are you most proud of?

I love that this can be worn as a pendant or as a brooch.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

You don't always have to know exactly how your finished project will look. Just start!

I don't have a pattern but if you wire wrap, just turn the cabochon upside down so that the point is at the top. Wrap it as usual and then form the wires at the top into angel wings. It's very easy to do. Good luck with your project!

Funny! I love to play with wire. This angel didn't start out to be one but as I worked the project, it just started looking like an angel, so I went with it. I love her!
